  • I am a PACFA-registered psychotherapist and counsellor with formal training in psychotherapy, counselling, behavioural science, and mind-body approaches to change. My work draws from evidence-based modalities including psychotherapy, somatic strategies, motivational interviewing, emotional regulation work, and performance-focused psychological support. This allows me to tailor sessions to the individual while keeping the work grounded, practical, and clinically informed.
